How it works

FAQ

• What is the average turnaround time?

It depends on the type of work and its complexity.

• Do you work with a fixed project fee or hourly rates?

In fine art I usually work with a fixed project fee amd in illustration and graphic design I usually work with an hourly rate.

• How many revisions are included?

3 revisions, but since we plan the composition, colors and subject in the sketch study, they are usually not necessary.

• Do you deliver print-ready files? In which formats?

Yes: jpg, tif, ai, eps, pdf, psd, png, ind. Let me know if you need one that isn’t here so that I can see if I can make it also.

• Usage rights & licensing (especially for patterns/illustration): how does it work?

We can discuss beforehand which is the best solution: licensing, royalties, buyouts, work for hire. Send me an email.

• How does payment work (deposit/installments)?

I usually ask for payment in installments. First a percentage to start and, depending on the work, one or more final installments.

• Do you ship internationally (for fine art commissions)?

Yes, usually through MRW-FedEx, with a tracking code.
