Illustrated Branding, Editorial & Visual Storytelling
by Catarina Garcia
Blending illustration with graphic design, my practice combines illustration, typography, and visual storytelling to create unique visual identities, book layouts, and promotional materials. Explore the three categories below to see how I bring clarity, creativity, and artistry into graphic design.
Example Works:
Wild Color – Logo Design
This logo was created for Wild Color, a company specializing in natural foods and products. The goal was to communicate purity, nourishment, and a strong connection to nature. The central element—a hand-drawn tree—symbolizes growth, vitality, and the natural quality of the brand’s products.
During the design process, I developed the tree illustration to balance organic fluidity with a clean, timeless structure, ensuring the logo feels both artisanal and professional. The circular layout reinforces unity and continuity, while the tagline “Nourish & Thrive” integrates seamlessly to emphasize the company’s mission.
The result is a versatile identity that conveys trust, health, and natural excellence, perfectly aligned with the values of a modern, eco-conscious food brand.

Company Manifesto – Konversion Wizards
This manifesto was designed as a bold visual statement of the company’s values and identity. Using typography as the main medium, the piece highlights principles such as humility, curiosity, honesty, innovation, and ambition. The dynamic hierarchy of fonts and weights emphasizes the rhythm of the words, guiding the reader through a declaration that is both motivational and visually striking.
The result is not only a manifesto to be read but also a piece of graphic design that reflects the brand’s energy and vision—celebrating creativity, perseverance, and the drive to dream big while staying grounded.
