How it works

A simple process,integrated in your event

I take care of everything — materials, and interaction with the guests (a photographer will help me with the photos and the guests list in order for me to draw as quickly as possible). You just need to enjoy the day.

Available Techniques

Watercolor, ink, pen, markers, colored pencils, mixed media. We both choose what best adapts to the event.

Format

Individual Portraits or Couple Portraits, Quality paper, A% or A4 size. Custom made.

Where can I go?

Lisbon and all Portugal. Available for destination weddings in Europe. Traveling costs added to the budget.

Contact & briefing

Tell me the date, place and approximate number of guests and the moment of the event you want the illustration. I’ll send availability and budget.

Preparation

We align the style, the technique (watercolor, ink, pen, etc) and the type of paper. I can adapt to the theme and color palette.

Event Day

I bring my small easel and materials and we choose the right space. I take pictures of the guests and I create the drawings.

It depends on whether your want them with a facial portrait or without, A4 or A5 size. On average I make 9 portraits without face per hour. A little less if I add the facial features.

Between 5 to 7 minutes per person. They are quick and expressive portraits – the goal is to capture the essence and energy of each guest, not to do an hyper-realistic portrait.

My portraits are expressive and artistic, but respectable and elegant. They are not exaggerated caricatures – they are portraits with personality, made with technique.

Yes. We can combine watercolor, ink, colored pencils, markers or mixed media. Can also do a color palette for the theme of the wedding or event.

I need a space with a table for the materials and a chair. 2 x 2 meters is the ideal.

Yes, I’m available for all Portugal and for destination weddings in Europe. The costs of transport are included in the given budget.

Yes. Many couples combine with Live Wedding Painting. I do a  special price if you choose both services.
